Ana Nedeljković

Ana NedeljkovićAna Nedeljković was born in 1978 in Belgrade. She graduated and received her Ph.D. in painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. She is engaged in visual arts, animation and education in the field of contemporary art. The first animated film that she worked on, together with with Nikola Majdak Jr. “Rabbitland” (2013), was awarded was awarded the Crystal Bear on Berlinale. The film is screened around the world and has won numerous other awards.

Nadezhda Marinchevska

Nadezhda MarinchevskaProf. Dr. Nadezhda Marinchevska is a film critic and a long-standing researcher of animation films. She is a deputy director of the Institute of Art Studies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. She teaches ‘History of Animation’ and ‘Animation Film Dramaturgy’ at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts ‘Krastyo Sarafov’, Sofia. Nadezhda Marinchevska is the author of the books Bulgarian Animation 1915-1995 (2001), Frames of Imagination. Aesthetics of Animation Techniques (2005) and Animation Hybrids (2015).She has won the Union of Bulgarian Filmmakers’ Award for Film theory (2006) and the Bulgarian Film Academy’s Award for Film criticism (2014). She is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Filmmakers, of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists, the Society of Bulgarian and North American Scholars and the International Federation of Film Critics FIPRESCI. She was a member of the FIPRESCI juries at the international festivals in Annecy, France (in 2004 and 2008), Leipzig, Germany (2006), Krakow, Poland (2007), Athens, Greece (2008), Saraevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (2009) and others.

Goce Cvetanovski

Goce CvetanovskiGoce Cvetanovski is an award-winning director and producer from Macedonia. He studied cinema in Paris, France, and has been living there from 1998 to 2015. He has directed and produced about 20 short films, screened on over 100 film festivals in the world. He also gives a creative workshop at the film academy EFTA Skopje and writes for the comic book industry. A big comics fan, in 2014 he’s co-founder of the comic books publishing company “Komic Brew” based in Scotland, UK.
In 2015, he becomes creative director of Lynx Animation Studios and returns to Macedonia to live his dream and work in a 2D animation studio. At this moment, Goce is preparing the start of production of the first Macedonian feature animation ever, the space-opera comedy “John Vardar vs the Galaxy”.
