Laze Tripkov

Gained his MA at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (graphic design department) at 2002. The same year he began his post master studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, Poland at the department of Multimedia and Design. In 2003 as a Fulbright PhD scholar initiates research related to the role of the symbols and iconography of the Balkan region. His works have been shown to 5 solo exhibition and in more than 50 group exhibitions of graphic design, posters worldwide. Member of ICO-D; program committee of Warsaw Poster Biennale; co-founder of Skopje Design Week and partner till 2013. Program director of Skopje Creative Festival, and national coordinator for creative industries at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia. He has curated, organized and carried out many social design and visual communication projects and exhibitions, participated in many conferences around Europe, held lectures and workshops, participated as jury member at renewed festivals, competitions and conferences. He won few international awards for design, like Honorable Award from Czech Association of Designers and Golden Bee Award from Moscow Biennale. He run his design studio between 2014 – 2016, after which he held the position of Director of the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Skopje starting, till end of 2017. Former vice dean at the Faculty of Design and Multimedia, University Donja Gorica at Podgorica, Montenegro since 2013 till 2016. Director of the China Europe International Design Culture Association with headquarters in Belgium. Works as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Art and Design at International Balkan University in Skopje, Macedonia. 

Mimi Gjorgoska-Ilievska

An expert of audiovisual heritage protection, university professor, senior film archivist, film researcher and film professional actively been involved in the film industry and in the field of audiovisual heritage preservation for more than 20 years. Current she holds an advisory /councilor position in the Directorate for Protection of Cultural Heritage within the Ministry of Culture. She is also an Associate professor of Audiovisual Archiving at FDU (Faculty for Dramatic Art) in Skopje. After her initial employment in the Cinematheque of Macedonia and working as a trainee and expert in the Secretariat of the intergovernmental organization Audiovisual Eureka in Brussels, she has served for eight years as a Director of the National Film Archive – Cinematheque of Macedonia and as an Executive Director of the Macedonian Film Agency. From 2011 until 2017 she was a National representative of Macedonia in Eurimages and was also an active and first Macedonian member of the Executive Committee of FIAF (International Federation of Film Archives) and Executive Committee of ACE. Through her career she has been focused on developing the Macedonian cinematography, protecting the national film heritage, especially the national collection of animated films at the Cinematheque of Macedonia and the strengthening and developing of international relations, thus promoting the Macedonian cinematography and culture on a global level. 

Ilco Sinovski

 Born on 05/26/1969 in Skopje. He studied high school of art from 1985-1989 in the department of graphics with graphic design. With Professor Gjorgji Culakovski and Lidija Vujisic, as professors of graphic techniques. With Professor Dimitar Manev, drawing and painting and with Ordan Manev, applied graphics. In 1989 he enrolled at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje in the field of graphics and graphic design in the class of Professor Kostadin Tancev Dinka. He graduated in 1993 from the same faculty. He is a member of the Association of Fine Artists of Macedonia and regularly attends almost all group exhibitions of the Association.
